Samsung released One UI 6.0, the new smartphone user interface based on Android 14. The update carries several new features, improvements, and customizations to enhance the user experience. Samsung started rolling out the One UI 6.0 beta, which is available to eligible devices and is open to all users. Android 14-based One UI 6.0 is more customizable. More personalization options for the lock screen, redesigned Quick Settings panel with blurred background and large buttons for easier access, a custom camera widget, new font, a new notification layout, and more are changes in One UI 6.0.

One UI 6.0 beta is available for Galaxy S23 series devices. Currently available in the US, Germany, and South Korea for Exynos and Snapdragon variants. The One UI 6.0 beta update will be available in the UK, India, Poland, and other eligible countries and Galaxy devices in the coming weeks.

How to Download and Install One UI 6.0 Beta Update?

1. Open the Samsung Members app on your Galaxy phone (If not installed, download it from the Google Play Store (link).

2. Open the Samsung Members app, and select the One UI Beta Program registration card (see it in the Benefits section of the app).

3. Next, tap the Register button to apply for the One UI 6.0 beta program.

4. You will get an OTA notification once it is ready for you.

5. If you did not get an update notification, open the Settings menu, go to the Software Update section, and check for updates.

6. You should see the prompt to install One UI 6.0 on your device.

7. Tap Download and Install. Your device will start downloading One UI 6 beta.

Currently, Samsung is limiting the One UI 6 beta to the Galaxy S23 series (Galaxy S23, S23+, S23 Ultra). Galaxy S22 series, S21 series, Fold 4, Flip 4, and more devices may get the update in the coming months.
