OxygenOS Open Beta allows users to early access new features on their device and the latest Open Beta 14 and Open Beta 6 for OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T are now available for download. The update adds March security patches, select contact groups for sending SMS and more. Download OxygenOS Open Beta 14/6 for OnePlus 6/6T from below.

As usual, OnePlus announced the update on the official support forum along with details of new features and improvements. Other important changes of this update are better lock screen interface and improved sensitivity for screen rotation. OxygenOS Open Beta 14 and 6 for OnePlus 6 and 6T is now available via over the air.

OnePlus 6/6T users who have received the new OxygenOS Open Beta 14/6, or cannot wait for the OTA, then use any VPN app and set the location to Germany or Canada. Check it by going to System update menu.

Installation Instruction

You can install the OxygenOS Open Beta build with locked bootloader or TWRP. After downloading the firmware zip file, follow this guide. The guide gives detailed instruction on how to flash the firmware securely.

Note: Once installed the Open Beta build, you will continue receive Open Beta OTA update in place of the official stable update. However, to return to the OxygenOS stable channel, it is necessary to perform a clean installation. It means all your data will lose.
