Google starts rolling out Android O Developer Preview 3 (OPP3.170518.006) with final Android O APIs. This is the second last developer preview release of Android O (final DP will release in July) and it will fix many bugs and stability issues found in the previous developer preview builds. This build also includes final API level 26 for the upcoming Android O platform. It means developers can now test their apps to make them compatible with the Android O, which is scheduled to release in August.

It is also worth noting that the Android O DP3 release note lists a few bugs and issues only, which include system and app performance worsens with prolonged use, camera app needs more time to launch, issues with launcher, installed apps and more. Google will likely to fix these issues in the final Developer Preview 4 build of Android O, which is scheduled to release in July.
