Huawei has released June 2018 security update B362 for European variant Honor 5c (NEM-L51). The update brings Three-Finger Screenshot feature, a new button on Recent apps cards to easily access Split the screen and optimization for Phone manager app and Quick calling function. The update will also include general bug fixes for enhanced performance of Honor 5c.

Honor 5c (NEM-L51) users in Europe will receive the new B362 update via OTA. If you want to install this new update (NEM-L51C432B362) on Honor 5c manually, then you can download the update file and flash via SD card upgrade method. Check for the B362 OTA update manually on your Honor 5c by going to Settings > About Phone > System Updates > check for the new firmware.

If no update found, you can force update Honor 5C by using HiCare app. You can also download and install the update manually as given blow.

Note: Before going for manual installation, backup all data on the phone. Also, ensure more than 50% battery charge remaining in the phone.

Manual Installation:

1. Download B362 OTA update file fir Honor 5c from here or by using Huawei Firmware Finder app.

2. Unpack update.zip file

3. Put it in external SD card

4. In call menu press *#*#2846579#*# * then select Software Upgrade > SDCard Upgrade. Select the file and run the update.
