Nokia 3 owners can enjoy Night Light Mode with Android 8.0 Oreo update. HMD Global released Oreo Beta build v3.250 for Nokia 3 with ‘Night Light’ feature and March 2018 security patch. The update is now available for all Nokia 3 devices enrolled for Nokia Beta Labs program. After installing the v3.250 update, you can see the Night Light Mode On/Off option under Display settings menu.
Night Light is not a new feature. First introduced in Google Pixel, this feature is now available on many devices, including the Nokia 8. In addition, there are third-party apps like F.lux, which will also bring similar feature to any Android device. If enabled, this feature filters the blue light emitting from the screen at night. How to Join Nokia 3 Oreo Beta Program
– Go to Nokia Beta Labs and sign up for a membership.
– After sign-in, input your device’s IMEI number and Network Operator name.
– Accept the beta software license terms and register for beta labs.
– After approval, you will get the Oreo Beta software update via OTA.
