Here is how to read ePub ebooks directly from your Chrome browser on any computer with Readium extension.

Readium (a project of the International Digital Publishing Forum (IDPF) and supporters) is a Chrome extension that adds ePub support to Google Chrome. With this extension, you can read ebooks that stored on your computer or directly from a web URL.

You can download and install Readium to your Chrome from here. After installation, run the app from the Chrome’s App tab, and click on the ‘Add’ button to add ePub eBooks.

Note: Firefox users can install ePub Reader extension from Mozilla add-on site to enable ePub support to Firefox.
