ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro January 2019 security update is now available, which will enhance security on the device. The update comes with build number WW_V71.50.395.77 and available for ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro ZD552KL global variant. This new update will also improve performance of the phone.
We already have latest security update for Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie and ZenFone 4 Selfie Lite and it brought updated Google apps and updated privacy settings to the device. It also fixed incorrect automatic time zone in certain region. ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro new update improves the performance and security (Patch Level January 5, 2019) of the device.
The January update (V71.50.395.77) is rolling out via OTA and available for download now. Before jump into manual installation, check for your update manually by going to phone Settings > System > System updates.

If you cannot install the update on your ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro via OTA, then you can download full firmware from Asus website and flash manually. Suggest to backup data before starting the software update.
1. Download latest firmware update zip file for ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro from here to your computer.
2. Connect your phone to your PC and transfer the firmware zip file to root directory of your phone.
3. Disconnect the phone from PC. You will see firmware update notification popped up on status bar. Select it and follow steps to update firmware.
