After a long wait, Xiaomi Mi A3 is finally getting the much-awaited Android 10 update. Launched in July 2019 with Android 9, Xiaomi promised Android 10 updates for Mi A3 as soon as it is available. Though it has taken a couple of months, finally, it’s here with dark theme, gesture navigation, and more.

Android 10 update for Xiaomi Mi A3 carries the build number V11.0.7.0.QFQMIXM and weighs around 1.3GB in size. It is rolling out through OTA for global variant Mi A3, and the European variant will also get the update shortly.

FYI, a couple of weeks back, Xiaomi Mi A2, the second-generation Android One device, received the Android 10 update (V11.0.4.0.QDIMIXM). The update carries the dark theme, gesture navigation, privacy controls, December 2019’s security patches, and more.

Xiaomi’s third-generation Android One device, Mi A3 Android 10 OTA update, build V11.0.7.0.QFQMIXM, start rolling out. If you don’t have the update yet on your Mi A3, check it by going to Settings > System > Advanced > System update. Alternatively, download the OTA from the below link and install it manually.

Since this is the major upgrade from the previous version, we recommend you to wait for the OTA update to reach your Mi A3. Sometimes, some critical bugs likely to be noticed after the first phase of roll-out and often paused for a new update.

  1. Though the update bring gesture navigation, dark mode, etc. the update has also bring several bugs like no fingerprint unlock, corner rendering issue and more
