Launched under the 16k price segment, Realme XT is a camera-centric smartphone that features 64MP AI quad-camera with ultra-wide-angle and macro lenses. The November update (ColorOS 6.1) improves the camera performance on the device and adds Nightscape mode for the front camera.

The update (build RMX1921EX_11.A.12) for Realme XT includes a number of improvements and fixes for camera. It improves wide-angle video quality, improves image clarity in 64MP mode, fixes the reddish color issue, reduces noises on images in the low-light environment, fixes app crash when switching to 64MP mode, and improves photo clarity in WhatsApp.

The RMX1921EX_11.A.12 update includes November 2019 security patch, improved fingerprints recognition, and fix for text display issue in some interfaces.

Realme starts rolling out ColorOS 6.1 update through OTA. You can also download the OTA update file from the Realme software download portal to install it manually.

If you haven’t received the OTA update, download your update (RMX1921EX_11.A.12) to your phone and install it manually.

To install it manually, boot the device into recovery (press volume down + power button after turn off the phone. In recovery, select language > from phone storage > Select the ColouOS OTA package > tap OK to begin installation.
