– Updated Android security patch to August 2018
– Confirm PIN without tapping the confirmation icon to unlock the phone (Settings -> Security & lock screen -> Screen lock -> PIN)

Though not yet announced officially, Project Treble support is the most important change of this new OxygenOS 5.1.5 stable update. Many owners of both devices have already confirmed it via official OnePlus forum.

For your information, the Chinese company already enabled Project Treble compatibility to both devices via OxygenOS Open Beta 13 and Open Beta 11 update. This feature addresses the slow software update schedule of handsets. In addition, it enables users to flash AOSP GSI (Generic System Images) onto the device.
