Xiaomi continue releasing MIUI 10 update for more devices. The new devices that get company’s personalized Android skin are the good old Xiaomi Mi 5 and the new entries Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A. Devices like Xiaomi Mi 6, Redmi Note 5 pro, Mi Mix 2, Mi Mix 2S, Redmi Note 5, etc. have already received the MIUI10 Global Beta ROM and China developer ROM.
Note that while for Xiaomi Mi 5 gets MIUI 10 Global Alpha ROM (intended for global users with multilingual support and includes Google play apps and services), Xiaomi Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A get MIUI 10 China Developer ROM (the international versions of both smartphones have not announced yet).
If you are interested to try out the upcoming MIUI 10 on your Xiaomi Mi 5, Redmi 6 or Redmi 6A, below is the download links. For Mi 5 the ROM is based on Android 8.0 and for Redmi 6/6A it is based on Android 8.1. After downloading the ROM for your device, follow this installation instruction to know how to flash the ROM on your device. Do remember that, this is not stable ROM, so you may experience unknown bugs and several other issues.
For your information, Xiaomi EU has released unofficial version of MIUI 10 ROM for many devices. It is now available for Xiaomi Mi 8, Mi 8 SE, Mi 6, Mi 5, Mi MIX, Mi MIX 2S, Mi Note 2 and Redmi Note 5. The ROM is based on MIUI 10 China Developer ROM 8.6.14, MIUI 8.6.16, MIUI 8.6.18 and MIUI 8.6.20. You can install the ROM through TWRP custom recovery. [Source – XDA]
