OxygenOS Open Beta builds based on the Android 9.0 Pie for OnePlus 5 and 5T is available for download now. OnePlus just released the most expected OxygenOS Open Beta 22 and Open Beta 20 for OnePlus 5 and 5T respectively with Android 9 Pie, brand new UI, new navigation gestures, latest security patch and many new features.

OnePlus starts rolling out the Android 9 Pie based OxygenOS Open Beta for OnePlus 5 and 5T correspondingly. As always, the OTA roll out is incremental, so it will take few hours or even few days to reach to all OnePlus 5 and 5T running on the Open Beta channel. Update: OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T OxygenOS Open Beta 23 and Open Beta 21 has been released with updated security patch (December 2018), bug fixes, improvements and optimizations.It fixes an issue that causes custom accent color not being applied every second try. 1. Download the full OTA update from above to your phone.

2. Open the ‘Settings’ app.

3. Go to ‘System updates’, tap on the top right corner icon and in the menu, tap on Local upgrade.

4. Choose the upgrade package and then immediately upgrade. System will start the upgrade process and reboot. (Source)
