OxygenOS 9.5.9 update for OnePlus 7 Pro has released with a number of improvements, added features, optimizations and June 2019 security patches. A new feature of the update is Face Unlock assistive lighting that you can enable from Security & Lock screen settings.

Download and installation
To capture the OTA update early, use the Oxygen Updater app (unofficial) or download from below and flash manually using the Local Upgrade method as described below of this post.

To install the firmware update manually, all you need to save the downloaded zip file in the root directory (not in any folder) of your OnePlus device.
Open the Settings app, click System updates menu, then tap on the top right settings icon and choose Local Upgrade. It will start searching for an upgrade package. Once you see an upgrade package, tap on it and then click the install option.
