  • The official One UI 7 firmware for your specific device model.
  • An original USB cable.

To install the One UI 7 (Android 15) firmware on your Samsung Galaxy device, follow these steps. First, you need a Samsung firmware download tool to get the latest software for your phone. Then, you can use the Odin tool to install the firmware on your device.

In this tutorial, we will utilize the Bifrost firmware downloader, a versatile tool compatible with Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android platforms.

1. Download Bifrost from GitHub and extract the ZIP file.

2. Open the extracted folder, navigate to the “Bin” folder, and double-click “Bifrost.exe” to launch the app.

3. On your phone, go to Settings > About phone and note down your model, IMEI, serial number, and CSC (region).

4. In Bifrost, enter your phone’s model, CSC, and IMEI, then click Check for Updates.

5. If Bifrost shows “OS Version: 15,” the One UI 7 update is available.

6. Click Download to start the firmware download, select a folder to download the firmware.

7. After downloading, Bifrost will perform a CRC check to verify the firmware’s integrity.

How to Install One UI 7 Using Odin on Samsung Galaxy Phone

1. Extract the downloaded Samsung firmware ZIP file. You will find files named AP, BL, CP, and CSC, all with a .md5 extension.

2. Download the latest version of Samsung Odin and extract its ZIP file.

3. Boot your Samsung device into Download Mode.

[To do this, turn off your device, then press and hold the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons at the same time while connecting your phone to your computer with a USB cable. Keep holding the buttons for 5-7 seconds until you see a Warning screen. Press the Volume Up button to enter Download Mode.]

4. Double-click on “Odin.exe” to open the tool. The ID:COM port in Odin will turn blue when it detects your device.

5. Add the firmware files to the correct fields in Odin:

  • BL: BL_.tar.md5
  • AP: AP_.tar.md5
  • CP: CP_.tar.md5
  • CSC: CSC_*.tar.md5 (choose HOME_CSC if you want to keep your data)

6. Click the Start button to begin flashing the firmware.

7. Odin will install the One UI 7 firmware on your Samsung Galaxy device. Once it’s done, Odin will show a green “PASS” message, and your device will reboot into One UI 7.
