Xiaomi 12S Ultra features a 6.73-inch, 120Hz LTPO2 AMOLED panel with 1440 x 3200-pixel resolution, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection, Dolby Vision, and HDR10+ support.
Regarding the camera, the Xiaomi 12S Ultra comes with 50.3MP (wide) with Laser AF and OIS, 48MP (ultra-wide), 48MP ( telephoto) with OIS, and 5x optical zoom, and TOF 3D (depth) Leica lenses. On the front, the phone features 32MP lenses for the selfie.
Regarding the processor, storage, and RAM of the Xiaomi 12S Ultra, the phone comes with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 (4nm) SoC and Adreno 730 GPU. The device will be available in 256GB/512GB storage and 8GB/12GB RAM options.
Xiaomi 12S Ultra comes with a 4860 mA battery with 67W fast charging support. It also supports 50W fast wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging.
