This app supports more than 200 countries and 35 languages. Once installed, the app automatically detects the language of the phone and auto-configures the emergency telephones of the country where you are.

Also, there is also an option to send your physical address and GPS coordinates of your current location to people you think the best via SMS or email. The fourth option lets you do so.
