Unlike Microsoft, Firefox, and other popular web browsers, a clean user interface is one of the standout features of the Google Chrome browser. Chrome does not have unnecessary options on its toolbar, and Google recently removed the ‘Show side panel’ button as well. However, the problem here is that users need to navigate to the settings menu to access important features.

The latest version of Google Chrome (version 127) lets you customize the toolbar by adding your favorite Chrome tools and features. It is like pinning your favorite extensions, and gives you one-click access to frequently used tools. For example, you can add Incognito, Print, Task Manager, Delete History, Bookmark, and other important buttons to the toolbar.

Currently available shortcuts are New Incognito window, Delete browsing data, Bookmarks, History, Reading mode, Reading list, Print, Task manager, and Developer tools. Your selected buttons will appear on the toolbar as soon as you toggle on their sliders. You don’t need to restart the browser.

Once you’ve added tools and want to remove them if the bar becomes too crowded, right-click the icon of the tool that you don’t want and choose Unpin.
