Adblock Plus, one of the most popular add-on for Firefox and Google Chrome for blocking all annoying advertisement on the web has released a preview version for Internet Explorer. It’ll work on all Internet Explorer versions (IE 7, 8, 9, and 10), except the Metro version of IE and on all 32bit and 64bit Windows systems (Windows XP through Windows 8).

Adblock Plus for Internet Explorer is quite easy to use. Just download and install it just like any other Windows program on your system. However, as IE won’t allow third party extensions by default, it will ask you to enable it on the next start.

Just enable it and restart your browser. Adblock Plus icon will be displayed on the status bar. Click on it to configure it.
