If you have already installed the Windows 8 Consumer Preview, certainly you have noticed the missing start button (start ORB) on your desktop. However, the real fact is that, the old start button has no importance in Windows 8, because almost everything can access from the new Metro Start Screen. However, some users still love the good old desktop feature, start button.

For those who still love the old start button for Windows 8, there is a good news from Stardock. They are to release a new app named Start8, which can bring the start button to Windows 8 CP. The app will also have a Run and Shutdown option when you right click on the menu.
