Here are the expected new features of MIUI 14.

According to Xiaomi, the new photon engine increases the fluency and stability of the system significantly. The new architecture increases fluency by 88%, while power consumption decreases by 16% compared to the previous MIUI 13.

MIUI 14 offers more personalization options with a new widget format, home screen folders, and iOS-like Super icons.

Another area of improvement is Privacy. MIUI 14 will not store user data in the cloud. All activities are performed locally on the device to ensure better security.

MIUI 14 will come with an improved search function for Settings. Now, search history and results are stored by categories, and users can access them easily.

The Mi AI voice assistant will have more capabilities. Document scanning, translations, call assistant with a spam call filter are some of the added functions of Mi AI voice assistant.

Along with all these changes of MIUI 14, users can expect Android 13 goodies on supported devices.

MIUI 14 Eligible Devices:

Xiaomi 13 series will be the first phones to get MIUI 14. Xiaomi 12S series, Xiaomi 12 series, Xiaomi 11 series, Redmi K50 Pro series, Poco F4 series, Redmi Note 11 series, etc., will get the first MIUI 14 update by first quarter of 2023.
