Redmi Note 6 Pro, which features Xiaomi’s first AI-powered quad-camera, is getting MIUI 10 stable update. The Global Stable ROM starts rolling out as version and available via OTA (over-the-air). The ROM is now available for download on your Redmi Note 6 Pro phone in case, you want to install it manually.

The MIUI update for Redmi Note 6 Pro is based on Android 8.1 Oreo. It is designed for full screen experience and will bring a fresh and clean interface to your phone. With AI pre-loading and other optimizations, you will feel smoother experiance in all areas of the system.



If you don’t have the update yet, check for the OTA update by going to Settings > About phone > check system update. You can also download and install the official ROM and install manually on Redmi Note 6 Pro as described below.


How to Download and Install the Update?

To download the OTA update, launch the “Updater” app on your phone and tap on “Check for updates”. If the update found, simply tap on “Install” to download the OTA update.

Another way of updating your phone is by downloading the Recovery ROM and Fastboot ROM. We would recommend you to go for the Recovery ROM, as it is easy to install and will not wipe your data.
