Before you get start, please note that the current status of CM13 ROM is Nightly, which means the firmware is unstable and have bugs, so you may come across issues while using the phone. It may not be used as a daily driver.
Also note that, the below procedure will wipe your data on your phone. Backup every data before installing CM13.

Pre-requisites:

a) You must have a custom recovery installed on your smartphone. I suggest TWRP recovery (download here)
b) Make sure your phone has fully charged (at least 70%)
c) You must have Oppo Find 7a/7s, this guide is not for other phones.

Instruction:

1. Download latest build of official CM 13 nightly for Oppo Find 7a [HERE] and Find 7s [HERE] and save it on your phone’s SD card.

2. Download Android 6.0 compatible Gapps package [HERE] and save it on your phone’s SD card.

3. Boot your Find 7 into TWRP recovery mode. To do so, turn off the phone, hold down Power key + Volume down key at the same time. When the phone vibrates, release the keys.

4. In recovery, tap Wipe -> Advanced Wipe and Wipe data / Factory reset, Wipe cache, Wipe dalvik cache.

5. Now, flash CM13 ROM. Select ‘Install’, choose the CM13 ROM zip file (you have copied on your phone) and swipe to confirm flash. Repeat the same for installing Gapps.

6. Once done, do a factory reset and wipe cache partition from the recovery menu (it helps to fix boot loop issue), then reboot your phone.

The first boot will take little more time. Once booted up, set up your device, and enjoy Android 6.0 Marshmallow on your Find 7a/7s. Any doubt? Leave it in the comment section below.
