Xiaomi starts rolling out Android 8.1 Oreo based MIUI V9.5.14.0 OEIMIFA update for Redmi Note 5 Pro with optimized system performance and a slew of bug fixes. The OTA update weighs around 87MB (devices running on MIUI V 9.5.13) and as the OTA update rolling out to users incrementally, it will take several days for all Redmi Note 5 Pro owners to see it.

Download and install MIUI V9.5.14.0 OEIMIFA Manually

1. Download MIUI 9 Global Stable V9.5.14.0.OEIMIFA OTA update file from here or Full ROM from here. [To install the OTA update, your device should be updated to MIUI V 9.5.13]

2. Transfer the downloaded zip file to your phone’s root of internal storage (do not put inside a folder)

3. Launch Updater app and tap the menu (3 dots). In the menu, tap ‘Reboot to recovery mode‘.

4. This will reboot your phone into Recovery mode.

5. In Recovery, select ‘Install update.zip to System’ (use Vol up & Vol down buttons) and press Power button to select it.

This will automatically detect the update.zip file and start installing the ROM. Once done, your phone will reboot automatically.
