MIUI 10 Global Beta 8.7.26 weekly build has been released and download available for all compatible devices. This is just a bug fixing and optimization update. The release note does not mention any new feature for this release, except some bug fixes. Most of fixes are for Redmi Note 5 Pro.
Xiaomi Mi/Redmi phones running on the previous MIUI 10 Global Beta build or MIUI 9 Global Beta ROM will get the update via OTA (over-the-air). Go to ‘Updater’ app and check for updates. You can also install MIUI 10 Global Beta ROM 8.7.26 manually by downloading recovery or fastboot ROM.

MIUI 10 Global Beta ROM 8.7.26 is compatible with the following devices: Redmi 4X, Mi 5, Mi Max, Mi Max Prime, Mi 5s Plus, Redmi 4A, Redmi 5A, Redmi Note 4 Qualcomm/Redmi Note 4X, Mi Max 2, Redmi Note 5A/Redmi Y1 Lite, Redmi Note 5A Prime/Redmi Y1, Redmi 5, Redmi 5 Plus, Mi 6, Mi MIX 2, Redmi S2, Redmi Note 5 Pro/Redmi Note 5, Mi MIX 2S, Mi 5, Mi Note 2, and Mi MIX.
If you own any of above-mentioned devices, you can download and install the beta build right now. Keep in mind that you cannot go back to previous stable or beta build once you upgraded to this version, as it will brick your device.
Installation Guide:
Devices running on global beta ROM can download the Recovery ROM [Download] and flash via Updater app. Or, you can install the recovery ROM via TWRP. You may follow this guide for instruction.
If you are using MIUI 7 / MIUI 8/ MIUI 9 Global Stable ROM, then to upgrade to MIUI 10, download the Fastboot ROM [Download] and follow this guide.
