Asus ZenFone 5 receives new software update build 15.0619.1810.63 with improvements and bug fixes. The most important changes in this update are ZenMotion UI notification fix, improved Widget shortcut icon size and adjust the speaker volume in non-EU countries. The ZenFone 5 OTA update build 15.0619.1810.63 starts rolling and as usual, the firmware update rollout is incremental. It will take few days or even few weeks to reach the OTA on all devices. This new update is for ZE620KL global variant. Below is what is new in this update.

Installation Instructions: If you have not received the OTA notification for this update, check for the update manually. To do so, go to Settings > System > System updates to check for the update.

Manual Installation:
Experienced owners of Asus ZenFone 5 can install the update manually. ASUS has made available full firmware for download, if you cannot install the OTA. Suggest to backup data before starting the software update.
Note: You should download correct firmware build for your SKU. Check the SKU via Settings > About > software information > Build number and see the software version for WW, CN, JP, etc.
1. Download latest firmware update zip file for ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL) from Asus website.
2. Double click the downloaded firmware zip file to see another zip file it. If another zip file found inside it, unzip the downloaded firmware zip file
3. Connect your phone to your PC, move the update zip file to the root directory of your phone’s internal storage and then disconnect from PC.
4. You will see firmware update notification popped up on status bar.
5. Select it and follow steps to update firmware.
After completing the installation, your Zenfone 5 will reboot into the new version. (Source)
