It seems that Samsung is maintaining a firmware update records online for its Galaxy series devices. Samsung launches a web page with details of every firmware OTA update, which includes official changelog of each update, firmware build number, Android version, and release date. This is a useful step to recover details of every Samsung firmware update in future.

The firmware OTA update detail is currently available for Samsung’s flagship device like Galaxy S8 and S8+ devices only. However, it is expected that Samsung will include other Galaxy series devices in the list in the near future. Also, the OTA details are currently available for devices that are sold in countries like UK, Italy, India, etc.

We have also noticed that the OTA update lists are not updated in real time. Once the update is rolled out to a device, it will take several days to appear the details on the page. Whatever will be that, it will help users check all the new features or OTA update details that have been introduced over the time for their device.

Now, if you want to check your device’s firmware OTA update details, you can visit Samsung website in your region. Here is how to check it now. Currently, you can get into the details using the below format:

doc.samsungmobile.com/MODEL/CSC/doc.html

[Model= Device model number; CSC= Country code]

For example, if you want to check details of Indian variant Galaxy S8, use the below format:

doc.samsungmobile.com/SM-G950F/INS/doc.html

For Galaxy S8+, use the format:

doc.samsungmobile.com/SM-G955F/INS/doc.html

If you want to check details of Italian variant Galaxy S8 and S8+, use the below format:
