The Chinese tech company, Xiaomi has released MIUI 9.5.13 Global stable ROM update for Redmi Note 5 Pro that fixes many bugs found in the previous update. Based on the Android 8.1 Oreo, the update improves the system stability and optimizes system performance. Redmi Note 5 Pro users in India start receiving the MIUI 9.5.13 OTA update.
A couple of weeks back the company rolled out MIUI 9.5.11Global Stable ROM update for Redmi Note 5 Pro. The new MIUI 9.5.13 update fixes issues with Camera Portrait mode, bootloader unlocking error (Error 86006) and more. Users can also enjoy Dual VoLTE, PIP (picture in picture), and many more features.
If you have been waiting for the stable Android Oreo 8.1 update for your Redmi Note 5 Pro, check for the new MIUI 9.5.13.0.OEIMIFA update by going to Settings > About phone > check system update. If update found, just update your phone.
If you cannot wait for the OTA, you can download and flash the MIUI 9 Global Stable V9.5.13.0.OEIMIFA update file manually on your device. Inexperienced users should not try this method, as it may break your device.

Installation Instruction (Recovery ROM)
1. Download MIUI 9 Global Stable V9.5.13.0.OEIMIFA.zip files from here and save it to your phone’s root of internal storage (do not put inside a folder)
2. Launch Updater app and tap the menu (3 dots). In the menu, tap ‘Reboot to recovery mode‘.
3. This will reboot your phone into Recovery mode.
4. In Recovery, select ‘Install update.zip to System’ (use Vol up & Vol down buttons) and press Power button to select it.
5. This will automatically detect the update.zip file and start installing the ROM. Once done, your phone will reboot automatically.
