OxygenOS Open Beta 30 and Open Beta 28 for OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T starts rolling out. This update does not bring any major feature to both phones but integrates April 2019 security patches. OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T will also get a similar update as OxygenOS Open Beta 16 and Open Beta 8 respectively.

According to the official changelog, OxygenOS Open Beta 30 and Open Beta 28 adds improved network speed display, shortcuts to access corresponding interfaces in Quick Settings, Parking location feature and few other additions to OnePlus 5 and 5T. Below are the full changelog and download links.

Download OxygenOS Open Beta for OnePlus 5/5T, 6/6T

As always, the incremental update is rolling out via over the air and will reach it on all devices soon. You can also use any VPN app to get the update early, set the location to Germany or Canada, and then check for the update by going to the System update menu.

If your phone is on stable OxygenOS build and wants to move to Open Beta, then you can download full beta firmware and install it manually.

Installing OxygenOS Open Beta build manually on your OnePlus phone is not a too complicated process. You can install the firmware with the locked bootloader or TWRP. Check this guide for instruction.

Note that, you will not receive an official stable OTA update after installing the beta build. To return to the OxygenOS stable channel, it is necessary to perform a clean installation. It means all your data will lose.
