The OnePlus 5T was launched with OxygenOS 4.7.0 (Android 7.1 Nougat) on board and then updated to OxygenOS 4.7.1. OnePlus now released OxygenOS 4.7.2 update with various optimizations, improvements and bug fixes. This new update (OOS 4.7.2) optimizes OnePlus 5T’s Face Unlock, Fingerprint Unlock, Screen Off gestures, Wi-Fi WPA2 security patch and many more. Of course, OnePlus 5T is not yet available globally, however if you own this device you will get the OxygenOS 4.7.2 OTA update soon or you can download (link below) and install it manually.
For your information, the recently launched OnePlus 5T comes with 6 -inch Optic AMOLED 18:9 display, Snapdragon 835 processor with 6/8GB, dual camera (16MP + 20MP), 3300mAh battery with Dash Charge and more. The device will get Android 8.0 Oreo Open Beta in December 2017 and the stable Oreo OTA update probably will release in early 2018.
While OnePlus has released Android 8.0 Oreo (OxygenOS 5.0) for OnePlus 3/3T (details, download and installation guide) and for OnePlus 5/5T the Oreo update is imminent.
