OnePlus has released OxygenOS Open Beta 22/13 for OnePlus 3/3T with a bunch of bug fixes, improvements and many system app updates. OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T users who are signed up for open beta program will get the OxygenOS Open Beta 22 and OxygenOS Open Beta 11 OTA update soon. Other users can download and install the full ROM manually.

OxygenOS Open Beta 22 and 13 is mainly a bug fixing update and fixes a bunch of bugs found in the previous build. For example the update fixes installation issues of some parallel apps, fixes font issue after changing system language, fixes screenshot issues on some parallel apps, and more. Also, the update improves OnePlus apps updates, data usage tracking, etc.

Improvements?

Data usage tracking optimizations: The system is now better at tracking data usage.

Expanded screenshot optimizations.

OnePlus apps updates: App locker, FileManager, Weather, Note (shelf), Launcher, and OnePlus Push have all been updated.

Bug Fixes?

Installation issues of some parallel apps.

Screenshot issues on some parallel apps: Sometimes the expanded screenshot would fail on parallel apps.

Weather widget sometimes won’t update: Weather widget in Shelf will now update properly.

Font issue after changing system language: Sometimes the system font did not display properly after changing system language.

Note that OxygenOS Open Beta 22/13 OTA update is available for those users who have signed up for the beta program. Other users can download and flash the ROM manually. Check out the guide below.

How to Download and Install OxygenOS Open Beta Manually

1. Download OnePlus 3 Open Beta 22 full firmware package from here. For OnePlus 3T, download Open Beta 13 full firmware package from here.

2. After downloading the firmware on your computer, follow this installation instruction.

Note: If you prefer stable version, then stick on the OxygenOS 4.1.6 (current stable version) for OnePlus 3/3T which is also based on Android 7.1.1 Nougat. (Source – OnePlus)
