Google Voice Search (Google Now) for Android now lets you add more languages besides your primary language. So that you can speak to Google Now in many languages that you know, and it will recognize them all. Here is how to add more languages to Google Voice Search for Android.



For your information, Google Now is fast becoming the ultimate search tool for Android (now it is an integral part of Android KitKat) and this intelligent voice guided personal assistant can be used essentially for all purposes.

To add more languages in Google Voice Search, update your Google Search app to the latest version, then follow the simple guide given below.

1. Open the Google Search app (Google Now). Tap three dots at the bottom right and select settings.

2. On the settings screen that appears, tap on “Voice” from the list of options.


3. In the sext screen, tap “Languages” from the list of options.

4. In the long list of languages that is shown, you can select one or more than one languages.


Note: To set a primary language, long-touch on the language.

Finally, tap on the Save button to save the changes.
