You can download and install the Android TV Data Saver app from the Android TV Play store (link). Alternatively, download its APK (link) and sideload it on your supported TV.
- The Android TV Data Saver app requires Android TV version 8.0 and up. So, first install any available update on your TV. Then download (link above) and install the Data Saver app.
- After installing the app, turn on the data saver by going to TV Settings > Network & Internet > WiFi > Data Saver.
