Samsung has updated its TouchWiz Launcher (version 6.1.50.2) with support for new devices and new features. Now Galaxy S8’s TouchWiz Launcher can be installed on Galaxy J7 (2017), Galaxy J5 (2017), Galaxy J3 (2017), Galaxy A7 (2017) and Galaxy Note FE. With the new launcher users can experience the Grace UI, new gesture for quick accessing Notification panel, improved text label regardless of dpi change and more.
The updated Samsung TouchWiz Launcher version 6.1.50.2 can be downloaded from Google Play store or Samsung app store (link below). Users can also download its APK and try it on other Samsung Galaxy devices running on Android Nougat. Below are the highlighted features of TouchWiz Launcher version 6.1.50.2.
The most important addition in this build (6.1.50.2) is the new Quick Notification panel gesture. Once enabled, a swipe from top to bottom on the homescreen will bring the notification panel.
Another new feature in this update is the improved icon label text when changing display DPI. The text size for labels on app icons is set according to the Screen zoom settings.
