OnePlus starting to roll out OxygenOS 4.7.4 update for OnePlus 5T with improvements to Camera, optimization for Face Unlock, bug fixes and more. A main highlight of this update is improvements to Camera app. Now OnePlus 5T can capture great photos even in low-light conditions. Users will get the OxygenOS 4.7.4 OTA update in the coming days, which weigh around 286MB. You can also download and install the update manually.

Alongside camera improvements, OxygenOS 4.7.4 update optimizes Face Unlock, audio from speaker and earphones, Wi-Fi battery usage, stability of fingerprint and GPS, and includes optimizations for vibration and other general bug fixes. However, the update maintains the October 2017 security patches.

Though it has been over a week since OnePlus 5T was launched, the device has got three software update now. It was launched with OxygenOS 4.7.0 (Android 7.1 Nougat) on board and then updated to 4.7.1 and then 4.7.2. Now the device has got the third update, OxygenOS 4.7.4 to further improve the performance of already popular device.

OxygenOS 4.7.4 OTA (over-the-air) update starts rolling out for OnePlus 5T and as it is rolled out in phases it will take a few days to get across the devices. You can use a VPN app and set the location to Germany to get the update early.

How to install OxygenOS 4.7.4 Update on OnePlus 5T

If you have not received the update notification yet, check it by going to Settings > System Updates > Check for OTA updates. Alternatively, download the full ROM and flash it manually as given below.
