Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017) has also upgraded to Android Oreo. Recently, Samsung upgraded its mid-ranger Galaxy A5 (2017) and Galaxy A3 (2017) to Oreo and now the company releases Android 8.0 Oreo update for Galaxy A7 SM-A720F variant sold in countries like Russia, Vietnam, etc. The Oreo update comes with build number A720FXXU3CRD3 and weighs around 1.3GB in size.
Owners of Galaxy A7 can experience new features like PIP mode, revamped notifications shade, autofill script, etc. and better security (patch level April 2018) with this update. It is also expected that the Android 8.0 Oreo update will bring Samsung latest Experience 9.0 UI to the device.
