If you own Redmi 3S/3S Prime, below is the download links for both recovery ROM and fastboot ROM (MIUI 9.5.1.0) for manual installation. Users will get the OTA update for this update (MIUI 9.5.1.0 MALMIFA) soon or download and install it manually as given below.
The MIUI 9.5.1.0 Global Stable ROM for Redmi 3S and 3S Prime is still based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and includes several changes, fixes and optimizations.
