Kies is a software suite by Samsung that provides Samsung mobile users with easy data backup, transfer files, multimedia management, upgrade firmware and more. However, many users face problems when they trying to uninstall Kies from their PC. Thus it’s not possible to install new version of Kies.
In order to solve this issue, Samsung has released an uninstall utility for Kies. With this utility you can completely remove/uninstall Kies from your Windows PC.
If you have received error messages like “the installation source for this product is not available…” etc, download official Kies Uninstaller from Samsung and remove Kies.
