Are you using PIN to unlock your Android smartphone? Then how about opening an app from your phone’s lockscreen using PIN? It will, for instance, let you quickly launch your favorite app without unlocking your phone. Here is how to assign different PIN for opening different apps from lockscreen.
PINshortcuts is an Xposed module that lets you assign PIN for opening app from your Android phone’s lockscreen. For instance, by entering the default PIN, you will unlock your phone and if you set 1234 as PIN for “Phone” app, entering it will open that app.
The app is simple to use and useful one. What it does is it simply allows you to set shortcuts on your lockscreen for opening apps. However, if you set PIN for several apps, you have to remember many different PIN codes. This is not a good idea.
As you know, for installing this module, your device must be rooted and Xposed Framework must be installed on your phone.
Download the ‘Pinshortcuts’ Xposed module APK from the source link given at the end of this post and install it. Then launch the Xposed Installer and go to the “Modules” section. Enable the module by checking the checkbox and reboot the device. (source)
