Xiaomi has released MIUI 10 Global Beta ROM for a new set of devices, which includes Redmi 4A, Redmi 5A, Redmi Y1, Redmi Y1 Lite, Redmi 5, Redmi 5 Plus, etc. If you are interested to try the all-new MIUI 10 Global Public Beta ROM on your device, then you can download and install the recovery ROM or Fastboot ROM (version 8.7.12) on your device right now.

Previously, Xiaomi rolled out MIUI 10 public beta for its top end devices like Mi Mix, Mi 6, Redmi Note 5 Pro, etc.
The current build (MIUI 10 Global Beta ROM 8.7.12) supports the following devices:
Redmi 4X, Mi 5, Mi Max, Mi Max Prime, Mi 5s Plus, Redmi 4A, Redmi 5A, Redmi Note 4 Qualcomm/Redmi Note 4X, Mi Max 2, Redmi Note 5A/Redmi Y1 Lite, Redmi Note 5A Prime/Redmi Y1, Redmi 5, Redmi 5 Plus, Mi 6, Mi MIX 2, Redmi S2, Redmi Note 5 Pro/Redmi Note 5, Mi MIX 2S, Mi 5, Mi Note 2, and Mi MIX.

Warning: Note that Xiaomi has introduced Anti-Rollback Mechanism in this build to maintain stability and ensure security of the handset. It means, once you upgraded to MIUI 10 public beta you cannot go back to previous stable or beta build, doing so will brick your device.
How to Install MIUI 10 Global Beta ROM 8.7.12
If you are running on the previous MIUI 10 Global Beta build or MIUI 9 Global Beta ROM, then go to ‘Updater’ and check for updates.
Alternatively, download the Recovery ROM [Download From here] for your device and flash via Updater app. Or, you can install the recovery ROM via TWRP. You may follow this guide for instruction.
