    • have you changed anything inside the system recently, like installing custom recovery, unlocking bootloader, etc

    • I understand that you have updated your phone to 5.1 from service center. Check for unlocked bootloader, if unlocked, relock it and try the OTA update. Alternatively, you can flash the full firmware via ADB.

  5. I am using karbon androidone sparke v every time i am downloading after rebooting ita showing error what can i do tovfix this

  6. Kannan, i tried what you said, but after selected recovery mode, few seconds later it is showing “no command” in my micro max android one mobile. By mobile updation also it is showing err on boot time. Please tell me how to rectify this.

    • When you see ‘No Command’ hold Power button, then press and release Volume up button to enter into recovery mode.

      • I tried to update as per your instructions but it’s showing
        “Error in /sideload/package.zip(Status 7)
        Installation aborted”.
        Now what should I do?

        • And one more thing…I don’t really know what hast happened to my phone(Micromax Canvas A1) but whenever I’m unlocking my phone it’s showing “could not start Home”…..Please help me hat should I do…Please reply asap!.

          • Reboot into recovery and wipe cache. Still have problem, do a factory reset in recovery (backup data before proceeding). If problem still persist reinstall your stock ROM

        • Status 7 error means you have modified your device, so you cannot apply the OTA update. However, you can flash the full ROM

    • You may try by deleting the cache partition by going to stock recovery. Also, enable battery saver mode and app standby.

  7. While selecting from memory card. During manual upgrading in recovery mode
There is no OTA file shown.
    I downloaded it already
