Xiaomi has started rolling out stable version of MIUI 10 – company’s customized Android skin – to all supported devices. A most advertised feature of MIUI 10 is “best full screen experience” and full-screen gesture. This feature said to be a better and more intuitive way to interact with the 18:9 longer or full-screen display phones. Here is how to enable MIUI 10 full-screen gesture on Mi/Redmi phones.
MIUI 10 full screen gesture is more or like Android 9 Pie and Apple iPhone X gesture-based controls. Full Screen Gestures replaces the traditional navigation buttons in full-screen display phones. It not only gives better user experience, but it also gives good looks to your homescreen.
MIUI 10 full screen gesture feature will be available to all Mi/Redmi phones with 18:9 display aspect ratio or full screen display, such as Mi Max, Mi Max 2, Redmi 5, Redmi 5 Plus, Redmi Note 5 and all the recently launched and upcoming full view display phones.
If you have updated your phone to latest MIUI 10, then here is how to enable full-screen gesture on it.
