HTTPS Everywhere encrypts your communications between browser and websites

Inspired by the Google’s encrypted web search, the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) together with the Tor Project has just launched a new extension for Firefox called HTTPS Everywhere to ensure every search the browsers sent was encrypted.

It will encrypt your communications with a number of major websites such as Facebook, Twitter, Google Search, Wikipedia, PayPal, NYT, etc. and ensures your security.

Google Secure Web Search: Make it default search engine in Google Chrome & Firefox

Google has just released a beta version of encrypted web search engine, which offers a secure web surfing. This prevents other people and proxies from sniffing your search terms and search results.
