Moto Z Play definitely will get official Android 8.0 Oreo update, but exact ETA is unavailable for now. If your Moto Z Play’s bootloader is unlocked and installed TWRP custom recovery on it, then you can install the Android 8.0 Oreo based AOSP custom ROM (XPerience 12.0.0_r4) on it and experience the new features right now. Except sepolicy permissive and IMS, all other areas of the system are working as expected.
Samsung starts rolling out Android 7.0 Nougat update for Galaxy J5 Prime (SM-G570F) with build number G570FXXU1BQ16. As the OTA update rolled out in phases it will take a week or more to get update. If the OTA update did not get on Galaxy J5 SM-G570F for some reason, you can also download and install the official Android 7.0 Nougat stock firmware manually via Odin tool.

OnePlus has released OxygenOS 4.5.0 update for OnePlus 3/3T with several new features, bug fixes, system stability and battery improvements. The OOS 4.5.0 is still based on Android 7.1.1 and the incremental OTA update starts rolling out. OnePlus 3/3T runs on the previous stable build will get the update in the coming days.
