LG has started to roll out Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for its last year flagship LG G3. Currently the update (build number 30B) is available for LG G3 D855 variant and update for other variants are imminent. LG’s current flagship G4 has already updated to Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Huawei has started to roll out Android 6.0 Marshmallow OTA update for Huawei Honor 7 in India. However, to get the OTA (over-the-air) update, Honor 7 owners will need to register their phone’s IMEI number and the current software version with Huawei, which means the current deployment is a beta test of the firmware.
Your personal assistant Google Now can now understand nine more commands. Google added 9 new voice commands to Google Now for best hands-free experience on your Android devices. CyanogenMod just released first nightly build of CyanogenMod 13 ROM for Xiaomi Mi3w and Mi4 that brings Android 6.0 Marshmallow to these devices. Also, because the CyanogenMod custom ROM is based on the AOSP (Android Open Source Project), you can experiance near stock interface on your device in place of Xiaomi’s MIUI.
Samsung is known for its untimely update their smartphones to newer version of Android, but things have been changing now.
