The main attraction of Microsoft’s “Next Lock Screen” for Android is that you can view and quickly access your most used things – most used apps, all the important notifications, contacts and settings – right from your lockscreen. If you use a PIN or Pattern Lock, swiping ‘Next Lock Screen’ down takes you to your default lockscreen, which is good for privacy problems.

Another interesting thing about the ‘Next Lock Screen’ is its simple interface. It is simple, clean, beautiful and eye-candy. You can change the background wallpaper depending on your location – at home, on the go and at work.

The icons on the lockscreen are well positioned. Swiping up the ‘Next Lock Screen’ lets you access your most used apps where you can quickly launch your favorite applications. Also, You can add or delete any app from the list.

From the settings, you can change your lockscreen wallpapers, manage calendar cards, hide apps that you do not like to appear on the lockscreen, show or hide SMS content, etc.

Note: Microsoft’s “Next Lock Screen” app currently is not available worldwide. You can download it from Play Store free. However, interested users can download the apk from this XDA link.
