Google’s brilliant browser Chrome may be one of the internet’s most secure browsers. To make it even more secure Google just added a new Download Protection feature to Chrome, which protects users against malicious downloads.
This new feature, built on the ‘Safe Browsing API’, will be included into Google Chrome and displays a warning if a user attempts to download suspected malicious software or any executables.Chrome-warning

Currently this new download protection has available in Chrome dev channel, Canary, and Chromium builds. It will be available to beta and stable build after thorough testing [via]
