The new update of Google Drive app for Android brings video streaming feature on Android devices. Now users can play video stored on their Google Drive right from their Android device. Previously it was only possible by downloading the video to the device. However, video streaming feature is only available on devices running Android 3 Honeycomb and above.
Other notable feature of this update is pinch and zoom support in presentation viewer. Small screen devices can benefit from it, as they can now pinch and zoom from within presentations.
There are also a bunch of performance improvements and bug fixes in this update; overall, the app is now much faster and stable.
