BlinkFeed is a unique feature of HTC One smartphone. It brings your favorite content from newsfeeds and social media pages to your phone’s home screen. Now you can install BlinkFeed on any of your Android phone and enjoy real-time updates from newsfeeds and social media right on the home screen.
The HTC BlinkFeed app ported by an XDA member gakugaku works on any Android phone running on the latest KitKat Android 4.4 OS. It requires no root permission. If you want a different interface for your phone try HTC BlinkFeed app.
Installation Guide:
1. Download Htc_BlinkFeed_v11.zip package on your computer from here or here (courtesy to gakugaku) and extract it using any zip archive.
2. You will get four files: hsp.apk, Prismagenta.apk, Twitter.apk, Weather.apk. Transfer these files to your phone’s memory card.
3. Install all the four apk files as normal apk using any file explorer.
4. To launch BlinkFeed launcher, press the home button and choose it from the options. That’s it!
