Recently, Lenovo rolled out Android 7.0 Nougat software update for Lenovo K6 Note with new features and performance enhancements. However, if your K6 Note is unlocked, installed TWRP recovery or rooted it, you will not be able to install the official Android 7.0 Nougat OTA update on it. However, a TWRP flashable stock Android 7.0 Nougat firmware is now available for Lenovo K6 Note (K53a48). The firmware is based on official Nougat S218 release, but modified.

Lenovo K6 Note was launched with Android Marshmallow out of the box and upgraded to Android Nougat a few weeks back. However, if the bootloader is unlocked and TWRP custom recovery installed on it, you will not get the Nougat OTA update. However, still you can enjoy Android 7.0 Nougat and its goodies with the TWRP flashable official Nougat firmware.

Note that the ROM can be flashed on top of Android 6.0 Marshmallow, or install as fresh, but you will not be able to change region if flashed as fresh. The developer may fix it soon.
