BlissRom is becoming a popular custom ROM with support for a variety of Android devices including OnePlus One, Nexus 5, nexus 6, Moto X, etc. The base of this firmware is CyanogenMod 12 (Android 5.0.2 Lollipop) and has some added features, but the main attraction of this ROM is its numerous personalization options.

BlissRom is designed to bring a truly blissful experience with its various personalization options. Following are some of the customization options included in this ROM.
Status bar – Personalize clock & date options, battery options, notifications, etc.
Navigation bar – Nav bar buttons and options

Installation Instruction
IMPORTANT: Back up everything (contacts, call logs, SMS, images, video, audio and other data) before installing the custom ROM. Also, DO NOT forget to make Nandroid back up from recovery.

First, download BlissRom for OnePlus One (Bacon) [HERE] and Gapps [HERE]. Transfer both the zip files to your OnePlus One’s SD card and then follow the instruction given below.
Step 1: Root your OnePlus One
Step 2: Install a custom recovery like TWRP, CWM, Philz CWM (latest version that supports Lollipop)
Step 3: Boot your OnePlus One into custom recovery.
Step 4: From recovery, perform a FULL factory wipe and wipe/system and dalvik cache by selecting the appropriate menu.
Step 5: Once done the system wipe, flash BlissRom by selecting the ROM zip file and then flash GAPPs zip package.
Step 6: Finally, reboot (choose reboot system option from main recovery menu) and enjoy!
The ROM is almost stable (GPS sometimes works, sometimes it does not), does not eat up the battery and the various personalization options gives you a truly blissful experience. (source)
